| No sound from any source | Check the LINE OUT switch on the back panel, next to the red/white RCA jacks. On some units it ships in the ON position, which routes audio to the external output and can silence the built-in speakers. Also check nothing is plugged into the headphone jack. |

| Buttons seem dead / radio will not tune | Press MODE to select the source. Playback controls only affect the source currently selected, and the unit returns to FM radio at power-on. Volume is the only control that works across every mode — which is why it feels like nothing else responds. |
| Jukebox lights go out on radio | By design. The LED flashing frequency interferes with radio reception, so the lights switch off in radio mode and return when you leave it. |
